H.E. Othsman Hassan, Senior Minister in charge of Special Mission and the president of PPIC presided over the official announcement ceremony on the appointment of the composition of the committee, sub-committee, the management committee of AlSerkal Mosque, and working groups under the Phnom Penh Islamic Center (PPIC).

The ceremony took place on the afternoon of December 31, 2020 at Phnom Penh Islamic Center, with the participation of H.E. Chhit Sokhon, Minister of Cult and Religion of Cambodia, and Vice President of the PPIC, H.E. Sos Mousin, Vice President of the PPIC, Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Members of the 7 Sub-Committees, Advisory Committees, and many important dignitaries, as well as Imam Capital and Provincial Imams across the country.
